Travel the World: Study Abroad Programs

The College of Communication & Fine Arts is dedicated to celebrating the creative forces of the human spirit. Our faculty serves as a catalyst for identifying, fostering and facilitating educational experiences that transcend the limitations of a single campus environment. This quest for inter-cultural and international expression embraces a global view of collaboration and creativity that moves far beyond the boarders of Alabama by providing language, culture, fine and performing arts study abroad opportunities throughout the world. Please visit the Study Abroad page for further information and opportunities.

2023-2024 CCFA Study Abroad Opportunities:

The Study Spanish in Cuba trip immerses ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé students in the Spanish language while they learn and explore the capital city of Havana. Students take Spanish classes in a small group setting at a language institute and stay in a Cuban residence. The group explores the Cuban landscape, culture, and colonial heritage as they travel to the countryside town of Viñales. This trip is also a rewarding service-learning experience as the group visits local schools and donates much needed items to them. ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé students also have the opportunity to participate in a service project such as helping work on an organic farm while there.

The best part of this trip is its low price! Dates are December 9-19, 2023. For more information or to apply go to:
