Conference Payment Information & Registration Form
The conference is held every Fall at ÎÞÂë¾ÞÈé. Specific details, including payment procedures, are outlined at the end of the online registration form. The registration fee includes a conference t-shirt and lunch in the Trojan Dining Hall.
Early bird registration for students is $30 until October 13, 2023. From October 16, 2023 until the day of the conference, the cost for students will be $40. The chaperone fee is $25, regardless of the registration date. (Students must register before October 27, 2026 to ensure they will receive a conference t-shirt.)
